These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between 999bf ("we", "us", "the Platform") and you ("Member", "User"). By accessing or using the 999bf website or any associated services, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

Each member at 999bf is entitled to only One account Any individual found opening multiple accounts will have all associated accounts closed and any earned bonuses forfeited. Opening more than one account from the same device, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

• Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory. Submitting false details may result in account suspension.
• Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility. 999bf is not liable for any unauthorized access by another person.
• To update your name or date of birth, you must submit a request through KYC verification.
• Before large withdrawals, 999bf may request identity verification (KYC) — this is in place to protect our members.
• 999bf reserves the right to temporarily lock an account if suspicious activity is detected.

To register and participate at 999bf, members must 18 Years of Age or Older You must be of legal age. Accounts opened by minors are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately upon discovery.

999bf may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time to confirm age verification. Failure to complete verification will result in a temporary account suspension.

Once a bet is confirmed on 999bf, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review the odds and stake carefully before placing your bet. If a bet is placed by mistake, contacting support will not be possible to reverse it once the event has started.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳20, and the maximum is determined by the event and market.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. Detailed rules apply in cases of partial cancellation.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 999bf reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Betting on multiple markets within the same event is allowed, but opposing bets (arbitrage) are prohibited.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is a criminal offence, and 999bf maintains strict monitoring to prevent it.

The cashout feature (where available) is active on select events. The cashout value is determined by 999bf and does not guarantee a profit.

All financial transactions on 999bf are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), except for USDT. Deposited funds do not earn any interest or returns — they are available for betting purposes only.

• Minimum deposit ৳100. Minimum withdrawal ৳300.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit (some exceptions may apply).
• 999bf is not liable for delays caused by bank or mobile banking errors, but will assist in resolving them.
• Deposited balance cannot be withdrawn without being used for betting first.
• Withdrawals are not permitted while an active bonus is in place until its wagering requirement has been met.
• To prevent money laundering, 999bf may require additional verification for large transactions.

All bonuses and promotions on 999bf come with specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the associated terms. Bonuses are only active for a set validity period.

• Two bonuses cannot be applied to the same deposit — you must choose one.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed before a bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• To use a bonus on an accumulator bet, all selections must have minimum odds of 1.5.
• 999bf reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus programme at any time.

999bf is committed to maintaining a fair and balanced environment. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited — any violation may result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Opening multiple accounts to collect bonuses (bonus arbitrage).
• Placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit (arbitrage betting).
• Use of hacking, bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting any bugs or errors in the 999bf system for personal gain.

999bf collects members' personal information solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and processing financial transactions. Your information is never sold or shared with any third party.

The mobile number and email address provided at registration are used for transaction notifications and support. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time through your account settings.

999bf reserves the right to close or suspend any account for any reason. In most cases, however, members are notified of the reason before any action is taken and given the opportunity to resolve the issue.

• Accounts may be suspended immediately for violating the terms and conditions.
• Members may also request account closure at any time.
• Any balance remaining at the time of closure can be withdrawn through the standard process (exceptions apply for prohibited activities).
• Members who request a voluntary break for responsible gaming reasons can have their account locked for a specified period.

If you wish to dispute an account closure, please contact the support team by email. 999bf will review the case if the grounds for appeal are reasonable.

999bf may update these terms as needed. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via their registered number or email. Minor changes will be reflected with an updated date on this page.
